mh3 is a 6,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor training facility in Majan, Dubai. We focus on what actually works: great coaching, smart programming, and a community that keeps you coming back.
Built for People Who Want to Get Strong
mh3 was founded by Matthew Henry with a simple belief: that strength training, done properly, transforms lives. After years of coaching in Dubai, he built the gym he always wanted to train in. Purpose-built for barbell training, with coaches who care about every member's progress.
Over 14 months we've trained 300+ members across our 6,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor space. Every program runs in 4-5 week blocks with percentage-based lifting and max retesting for squat, bench press, deadlift, strict press and hip thrusts. Pull-ups and chin-ups are trained twice a week. We've helped members achieve their first full bodyweight pull-up. A café and a Privilee partnership round out the experience.
